Pick the eleven’s shape after toss: often 3-4-4 or 4-3-4. Do not freeze a five-batter side until you know who bowls. A bowl-first team on a used pitch is a different animal.
Keep about one credit in the bank until the last announcement so a late injury can be swapped in the lobby. This static site will not substitute for you.
Small leagues usually pay a boring bowling block. Grand leagues punish a template opener as captain — there you need one low-owned bowler or a batter who only plays if the toss goes a certain way.
